Because each trade is considered binding, Valley Coin has certain policies regarding the confirmation and payment of trades.

• A trade is confirmed (and binding for both parties) at the time we issue a trade number to the purchaser by verbal confirmation.
• All purchases must be paid (as verified by postmark or the initiation of a bank wire) within 24 hours of confirming a trade. Trades paid late may be adjusted to current market levels.
• Bullion purchases may require a deposit.
• Personal checks, as well as certified checks, will be held for 10 business days from the time they are deposited.
• Quick delivery is available for trades paid with a bank wire.
• No credit cards or PayPal accepted for bullion transactions.

Your coins will be delivered to you Registered/and or Insured via the US Mail.
